Sage House Glass is designed and handcrafted in a garage studio in Greensboro, North Carolina. Glass is sourced from local North Carolina glass supply stores or purchased through Anything in Stained Glass, in an effort to remain focused on supporting small businesses. About The Artist
I’m Samantha, the designer and creator behind Sage House Glass. I started my stained glass journey in 2022, taking a few hobby classes until I could build up enough tools to start crafting my own pieces in my garage studio. I wanted to focus my designs on the soothing curves found in nature, including plants, flowers and rivers. I am drawn to sun motifs and bright sunset colors, usually captured in the shape of an arch. There’s nothing more beautiful to me than blending organic lines with structured shapes.
For me, the process of designing and crafting a stained glass piece is a practice in healing. If you follow my blog, you’ll discover my art is my companion through grief. I’ve found solace through stained glass and my hope is to share that tranquility with whoever may need it— whoever may be going through something difficult, impossible, or dark. I hope my art can be your companion and bring a bright light into your home.
